Do you offer bespoke embroidery options?
We can help you with bespoke designs and match colours and design themes to suit your dining occasion, venue and budget.
Wedding Packages are also available which offer discounted prices for orders over 25 napkins. The discount is automatically applied to all 'Wedding' category products. For all orders over 75 place settings please email before ordering for a custom quote.
We can source a variety of table linens, velvet bows and embroidery threads.
Please email us if you have a particular idea or if you would like a quote for bespoke design requests. Prices for bespoke embroidery designs depend on the scale of the design.
What are your delivery options?

Our packaging and stickers are made from 100% recycled FSC Certified paper, cardboard and tissue paper and is fully recyclable or compostable. Our velvet wrapping ribbons can be re-used and recycled for gift wrap or crafting.
What is your returns policy?
We hope all our customers are happy with their purchases, but if you would like to cancel or return an item, you have 14 days* after you receive your order to let us know if you wish to exchange or return an item for a refund.
*Please note - that all personalised, made-to-order napkins or cut-to-order ribbons and items are non-refundable or returnable.
