Delivery & Postage

All made-to-order or embroidery on in-stock items will be despatched  7-14 days after we receive your order.*

*However, if the items ordered require a special or bespoke order with our suppliers, they may have a longer lead delivery time of up to 4 weeks ~ see individual product listings for more information.

Please check delivery times before ordering if items are needed by a certain date.

Delivery Costs & Times (after despatch):

  • Mainland UK starts at £4.95 (1-2 Business Days) - Free Delivery on Orders Over £200.

  • Northern Ireland  starts at £11.95  (up to 5 working days Standard Delivery)​

  • Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands & Isle of Man £19.95  (up to 5 working days Standard Delivery)

International Delivery -  Available on request - Please note - You will be responsible for paying all local taxes and import customs duties that may be due separately as required by your country's local customs office. We cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of these extra charges.

Returns Policy

We hope all our customers are happy with their purchases, but if you would like to cancel or return an item, you have 14 days* after you receive your order to let us know if you wish to exchange or return an item for a refund. We ask that you notify us of any issues within 24hrs of receiving your order so we can investigate further and decide on the best resolution.

*Please note - that all personalised, made-to-order napkins or cut-to-order ribbons and items are non-refundable or returnable from the point of ordering.

Thread & Napkin Colours - Our embroidery colours and napkin samples available to choose on the website are for illustration purposes only when ordering and are not always exact colour matches. These colours may also vary depending on the devices and monitors used to view them on and we will not accept returns for any of these reasons, including on bespoke or cut to order products.


If you would like to see more details on colour of threads or materials please contact us before ordering.

Due to the natural materials used, all measurements are approximate, some shrinkage is considered 'normal' and not a fault when washing linen fabrics, with up to 3% shrinkage to be expected on pre-washed linens and 6% on non-washed  linens.

There may with some fabrics be a small amount of colour loss to the fabric after washing too, this is not considered a fault. Please see each product page about caring for your napkins.

Batch Variation - there may be slight colour differences if more items are ordered at subsequent times as they may be made from different supplier batches of material and threads.

Please see above and email us first and we will provide you with a return code to include with your returned items.

  • Reason for return 

All items must be returned within 28 days of purchase (*this excludes personalised and made or cut-to-order ribbons and items which are non-refundable). All items must be returned unused in brand-new condition. 

Faulty items - please email us pictures of any such items and we will aim to advise further about the refund and return process.

You are responsible for paying return postage and packaging costs on all return items, which must be returned in a brand new, unused, saleable condition and in their original packaging.

We suggest that all items are returned using a tracked delivery service as Juniper & Me cannot be held responsible and will not refund any returns that go missing or are damaged during the return process to us.


We will process all refunds within 3 working days of receiving returned items.  Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to show in your account (this is due to some card issuers taking longer to process than others).
