Artwork uploads and third-party embroidery digitising
As part of our bespoke embroidery and monogram services, customers may submit artwork, logos, monograms, images, text, design concepts or other creative materials (“Artwork”) for embroidery digitisation and production purposes.
Where required to fulfil your order, Juniper & Me may share submitted Artwork and limited related order information with trusted third-party embroidery digitising providers solely for the purpose of creating embroidery digitised files and preparing designs for production.

Information shared may include:
  • Submitted artwork, logos, monograms or design files
  • Order references and design instructions
  • Embroidery specifications, thread colours and sizing information
  • Product details relevant to production requirements
     
Our third-party digitising providers process submitted Artwork solely for the purpose of creating embroidery files and supporting fulfilment of your order. They are not authorised to use, reproduce or retain Artwork for unrelated purposes.

By submitting Artwork, you confirm that:
  • You own the Artwork or have obtained the necessary permissions, licences or rights to use it
  • The Artwork does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks or design rights
  • You authorise Juniper & Me to process the Artwork for order fulfilment purposes
     
Artwork files and associated design information may be retained for administrative purposes, repeat orders, customer support, design proofing and production records in accordance with our retention practices.
Where third-party suppliers are located outside the United Kingdom, appropriate safeguards will be applied where required under applicable data protection legislation.

Marketing communications
Where you have opted in, we may use your contact details to send newsletters, product launches, promotional communications and marketing updates.

You may unsubscribe at any time by selecting “unsubscribe” within communications or by contacting us directly.
