We will use your data to contact you and to fulfil and make your order or provide you with a bespoke quote or further information relating to your purchase.  We will use and share your address and contact information to arrange delivery of the items that you have ordered with one of our delivery partners. We may also use your data to complete the payment of your purchase.​

We may contact you to discuss your order or requirements via email, text, WhatsApp, Social Media sites or telephone.​

We may add your data to our news and marketing newsletters (you can opt-out of receiving these anytime by selecting 'unsubscribe' from the bottom of the communication). You can change your marketing preferences at any time.

How will we store your data?

Our company website is hosted on a third party web development and design platform. It provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through the developer’s data storage, databases and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by our website provider and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

If you order offline or via email, we may temporarily store your personal contact data on our password-protected computers and devices to fulfil your orders.​

We will remove all personal data we hold (unless requested sooner by yourself)  from our records after 7 years since the order date has passed.​

However, you have the right to email us at any time before then at to request:​

  • Information and access to a copy of your personal data that we hold about you.

  • To request us to delete your personal data record(s).
